Bible Brain Teaser

I’ve got something interesting for you again. This is from the same source of the Vocabulary Word Puzzle (Faith Vision, vol.11, no.1, October issue, p. 8). This was prepared by Charmagne Timog and Deanna Santos. I don’t really know them that much, but I would say they had a hard time doing this.

Instructions: There are 22 books of the Bible in this paragraph. See how many you can find.

One man from Illinois worked on this while fishing from his johnboat. Roy Clark studied it while playing his banjo. Elaine Victs mentioned it in her column once. One woman judges the job to be so involving; she brews a cup of tea to help calm her nerves. There are some names that are really easy to spot… that are a fact. Some people will soon find themselves in a jam; especially since the book names are not necessarily capitalized. The truth is, from answers we get we are forced to admit is usually takes a minister or scholar to see some of them at the worst. Something in our genes is responsible for the difficulty we have. Those able to find all of them will hear great lamentations from those who have to be shown. One revelation may help books like Timothy and Samuel may occur without their numbers. And punctuation or spaces in the middle are normal. A chipper attitude will help you complete. Remember, there are 22 books of the Bible lurking somewhere in this paragraph.

Just like answering my Critical thinking quizzes, send me a message here on Friendster if you have completed all of those. It’s up to you if you want to underline the books, make them in bold style or italicized, make them ALL CAPS, or change their color

– it’s up to you. That’s all. They’ve said that B.I.B.L.E. means Basic Information Before Leaving Earth. Heheheh. God Bless!
